Matured in bottle for at least 30 months, this Spanish cava from Penedés, boasts layers of flavour and bouquet of enough substance to pair a proper dinner. This is a natural development: we started with sister cava Reserva Brut Nature and based on its success decided it was time for a bit more serious, complex big brother like this Gran Reserva for cava lovers and connoisseurs.
