A pungent, sharp spicy and woody sherry with notes of hazelnuts, spices, tobacco and wood. It may remind you of the manzanilla that it once was with fresh floral hints or a yeasty element but long ageing in oak criaderas and soleras has made this sherry pleasantly complex. It does preserve an elegant, salty minerality.
