The very essence of Jumilla, Murcia, a truly Mediterranean red, a friendly companion with a charming fruit complexion, sturdy dried fruits personality and a spicy heart. Monastrell is spicy by nature, with notes of clove, cinnamon, pepper and thyme. The mild climate and insolation typical of Murcia grant it red fruit flavours, ultimately complemented by the brief stay in oak barrels, 4 moons according to the winemaker. This Monastrell is organic certified.

Winemaking:
On-time harvest for maximum expression of the intrinsic characteristics of this variety. Malolactic fermentation in French oak over four moons. Organic wine.
