This wine is unequivocally representative of Montsant, the appellation surrounding Priorat. It is gentle, subtle but persistent. Won´t leave you indifferent. Characteristic of carignan are notes of plum, cherry, red berries and nuts like almonds. Grenache adds a touch of peppers and orange zest. Oak ageing for a few months round it up and contribute with an appealing maturity touch without overdoing on aroma complexity.
