Na Fiola is the name of the area where this authentic, organic certified Majorcan winery is located, outside the town of Algaida. It is the creative environment of local, female winemaker Mireia Oliver. The wine is a symphony of flavours from the different grapes used, including local varieties callet and mantonegro plus several international grape types. The wine is ready to be enjoyed but its characteristics make it ideal for keeping. The front label is based on original artwork by local artist Miguel Servera.

Winemaking: Organic certified. Careful selection of grapes at vineyard and on reception at the winery, each variety from each plot of land is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. Low temperature maceration for two days and fermentation at 25ºC for 15 to 20 days. Cap is submerged to obtain better extraction. After the second fermentation the wine is ready for ageing. No cold stabilisation. Tartrate crystals may be found in the bottle. Suitable for storage.
