Callet varietal red by female winemaker Mireia Oliver of Can Majoral is an ideal representative of this Mediterranean island’s soil and climate. Less abundant than manto negro, callet is the other ensign, indigenous Majorcan, red grape variety. It produces medium to light bodied, lightly coloured wines with relatively little alcohol and a very appealing, distinct taste. The front label design is based on an original painting by Majorca based artist Luis Maraver
