Even if you’re not too fond of any of the grape varieties of this blend -Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo and Chardonnay, their combination in El Angosto Blanco works magic: all notes have a voice but no one is discordant or dominating. Refreshing, tasty, genuinely Mediterranean styled white blend, DO Valencia. We came across this luscious white while sitting al fresco between the sun and the shade in Valencia city's old town for an aperitif, with a complimentary tapa of tasty olives and the whole concept resulted in the most relaxing pleasure.
The Cambra family run Bodega El Angosto is also well known in the industry for their vine nursery activity, an important part of the business.
Winemaking: Cold-skin maceration for 24 hours. The free-run juice is then separated from the press and racked gently [debourtaqe] at low temperature. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16° C. The land is mainly on a slope with a sandy structure, poor in organic matter and with high levels of limestone.

Excellent dry white
Loved this wine from the first mouthful to the last. Certainly dry with a mineral/citrus finish. don't wait for the summer to try this.
Pleasantly surprised!
I"m more of a red drinker and the only white I drink is usually Albarinyo, so wasn't sure about ordering this one. I did as recommended: had a glass with a tapa of bitter flavoursome aceitunas and I'm totally sold: definitely one to order again
