Refreshing, tasty, genuinely Mediterranean styled white blend, DO Valencia. We came across this luscious white while sitting al fresco between the sun and the shade in Valencia city's old town for an aperitif, with a complimentary tapa of tasty olives and the whole concept resulted in the most relaxing pleasure. Even if you’re not too fond of any of the grape varieties of this blend -Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo and Chardonnay, the cocktail works magic: all notes have a voice but no one is discordant or dominating.

Winemaking: Cold-skin maceration for 24 hours. The free-run juice is then separated from the press and racked gently [debourtaqe] at low temperature. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16° C. The land is mainly on a slope with a sandy structure, poor in organic matter and with high levels of limestone.
