Honest and genuine, this white has the elegance of humble manners. Airen is never on your face, nor too fruity; it is herbal and floral in a subtle, refined way. Moreover, this one is all the more genuine because it is produced from ungrafted vines with native yeast only.
Winemaking: Ungrafted vines planted in 1985. Agriculture: organic since 1998. Climate: continental Mediterranean there are great contrasts between very cold and dry winters and very hot summers. Annual rainfall: 400 mm. Soil: loamy / sandy. Culture System: glass. Orientation: North-South; Altitude: 677 masl. Manual harvest. Destemmed grape maceration in inox, 9,000kg tanks for 8 hours at 12ºC. Cross-flow filtration and organic stabilisation. Complies with EU organic wine regulations plus US NOP certification.

Delicate white wine
Nice enough, and very easy drinking. Dry, but not enough going on for my taste. Each to their own.
