Soldadito Marinero by Ontinyent, Valencia family winery El Angosto is a just off-dry, elegant, floral and very fruity wine for Muscat lovers. The aroma features citrus, stone fruits such as apricot and peach, exotic spices, white flowers such as jasmine and lemon blossom and a hint of rose petals. These Muscat typical aromas mixed with fresh grape become really intense as one swirls the wine in the glass. Muscat wines in Valencia and Alicante are often sweet but a few wineries have recently ventured to develop dry or off dry varietals. This one is particularly aromatic and good value.
