Produced in Almorox, Toledo, this is a pure albillo real white fermented in oak. This substantial, modern white represents yet another success of female winemaker Maite Sánchez in the winery’s efforts to recover grape varieties historically grown locally. Albillo real was traditionally added as a complement in the production of red wines or directly consumed as table grapes. Remarkably elegant, unctuous, fresh and expressive, with a delicate presence of white fruit, citrus fruit, and wild herb aromas, a touch of fennel, floral reminiscence and the subtle, spicy presence of oak.
